- A shipment has two ends. Kryoo puts both parties on one record from day one, so coordination is designed in, not bolted on.
- Money left on the table, meaning overcharges, unclaimed refunds, and undisputed charges, is the clearest measure of operational debt. We start by recovering it.
- Trust is earned with vetted, verifiable claims. The figures we publish are cited industry estimates, and what we promise customers is what the product does today.

Kryoo is built by a team with first-hand experience of the ports and shipping ecosystem, including advisory work with India's maritime administration, and prior products shipped and sold into hard, offline industries. We operate across India and the United States, and we build lane by lane, starting where the pain is greatest.
