Privacy policy
Last updated: August 2026.
Kryoo ("we", "us") operates the website kryoo.io. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you submit through our demo request form: name, organization, work email, phone number, and any message you include.
- Information you submit when signing in to the Kryoo Workspace: your email address and authentication data.
- Basic technical information generated by visiting the site, such as browser type and pages viewed.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiries, provide and secure access to the Kryoo Workspace, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
AI processing and service providers
Kryoo audits documents using large language models operated by enterprise AI providers, currently including OpenAI and Anthropic, accessed under agreements that do not permit your content to be used to train their models. Your documents and the data extracted from them are never used to train shared or public models, and each customer’s data is isolated from every other customer’s.
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service. Documents and account data are stored with Supabase on SOC 2 compliant cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by row level security and short lived signed URLs. Transactional email is delivered through our email providers. Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.
Retention and your rights
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to umesh@kryoo.io.
