Kryoo Recover charges 20% of net recovered amounts, billed only when the refund settles, with the evidence file attached, and the rate drops with volume. For context: contingency recovery fees across the industry commonly run anywhere from 10% to 50% of the amount recovered, depending on the charge type. Kryoo sits deliberately at the fair end of that range, and does the full work, not just the flagging.

Do you charge per user?
Never. Pricing scales with your shipments, not your headcount. Harbor includes up to 3 users, Launch up to 10, and Voyage and Fleet include unlimited users. No plan charges per seat.
Is there a free trial?

What counts as an active shipment?
A shipment with activity in the billing month: agent work, document updates, monitoring events, or milestones. Dormant shipments do not count against your plan.
Do both sides of a shipment need a paid plan?
No. One paying side covers the shipment. Invited counterparties collaborate on the full shared record free, forever, from any country or port.
When is the success fee billed?
Only when a recovery actually settles. Each success fee invoice arrives with the evidence file for the recovery it relates to.
What kinds of charges can Kryoo Recover pursue?
Demurrage and detention, disbursement account overcharges, freight invoice errors including disruption-era charges such as war risk surcharges and emergency diversion fees, unclaimed duty drawback, and preferential-tariff refunds under trade agreements. All at the same success fee, billed only on settlement.
