The content of this website is provided for general information about Kryoo and its products. It does not constitute legal, customs, financial, or professional advice. Statistics cited on this site are published industry estimates, referenced for context.

Accounts

Access to the Kryoo Workspace is provided to customers and invited counterparties under a separate customer agreement. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, and graphics, belongs to Kryoo and may not be reproduced without permission.

Service and recovery terms

Paid plans are billed per shipment volume as described on our pricing page, and new customers may start with a free trial as offered at signup. Recovery work is charged as a success fee, currently 20 percent of net amounts actually recovered, invoiced only after a refund, credit, or claim settles in your favour. If nothing is recovered, no success fee is due.

By submitting documents for audit or approving a dispute, you confirm that you are entitled to the documents you provide and you authorise Kryoo to prepare and, where you approve, to file disputes and claims on your behalf with carriers, agents, and authorities. No dispute, filing, or communication is submitted to any third party without your explicit approval, given in the Workspace or in writing. Findings are prepared with care from the documents and published sources available to us, and they are not legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions taken on them.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryoo accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on the information on this website.
